The Ugandan Blick family will be at it and hope to excel on Kenyan soil. Five year old Paddy Roldin Blick brings along his little KTM 50 Pro Junior machine and so is his brother Alistair Arthur Blick, 6, also at MX50.

Arthur Blick Jr, 33, will ride a Yamaha YZF 450. One of Uganda ’s ageing veterans Chris Glaser has the never-say-die attitude. Asked to reveal his age, Glaser says he is too old to divulge and would love to steer his Yamaha YZ 125 and finish without hurting anything. Other fervent Uganda entities are the Van Pee family. Nathalie Van Pee enjoys riding motocross with his family and wants to be the Uganda 85 champion after touring Kenya .
Maxime Van Pee, Vanessa Van Pee and their father Patrick Van Pee will also honor the Nairobi meeting with zest and vigor. Patrick Van Pee was elated: “I enjoy motocross and I'm really happy that my kids love it too. I would be proud to have one of them on the podium.” Others making the Nairobi trip are Hudu “Hood” Semogooma – who has been riding for many years and is proud to contribute to Ugandan Team success.

Others are Yannick Duyck, 12, (Honda 150cc), Unissan Bakunda, 20, (Yamaha YZF250), Ali Omar Yasser, 6, (KTM Pro Junior 50cc) his brother Wazir Ali Omar, 5, (KTM Pro Junior 50cc), Uzear Butt and Joshua N. Mwangala (KTM 50cc).
