Uganda will send a massive team of 34 riders in their bid to recapture the regional motocross championship title currently held by Kenya. The third and last round of the FIM Central Africa Championship takes place at Jamhuri Park racetrack on December 4. Ugandan top riders under Captain Arthur Blick Jnr are ready to shake the Kenyan brigade with some of their top riders enlisted in MX1, MX2, MX 50. Maxim Van Pee of Uganda is leaving nothing to chance in claiming this year’s CAC FIM Africa Trophy.

The event also serves as the ninth and last round of the Kenya National Motocross Championship. Kenya won the first round of the regional series in March but got a thorough beating at the hands of Uganda in April when the neighbors won the second round at their Garuga racetrack. Kenyans will peg their hopes on Shivam Vinayak at Mx 1, Apollo Mbuki at MX85, Rolf Kihara at MX65 and Cruze Muigai at MX2. Ugandans have dominated the 50cc this year and it will be interesting to see how Kenyan riders will fair in the race. Asaf Natan and skipper Blick are the men going head to head with Kenya’s Vinayak.
